About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Strategy Manager to help shape, optimize, and execute our go-to-market strategy. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of data, sales performance, and business planning. You'll work cross-functionally with leadership, sales operations, marketing, and finance to identify growth opportunities, improve productivity, and enable the sales organization to exceed goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive data-backed sales strategies that align with company growth objectives.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to design annual plans, quotas, and coverage models.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and KPIs to monitor performance and drive accountability.
  • Conduct market, segment, and pipeline analysis to uncover new revenue opportunities.
  • Support quarterly business reviews, sales kickoffs, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align on lead flow, conversion, and retention metrics.
  • Streamline sales processes and tools to increase efficiency and adoption.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Preferred bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales strategy, operations, or management consulting.
  • Proven ability to translate data into business insights and influence senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
