Are you a closer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-reward sales environment? Geneo is seeking bold and driven Area Sales Managers to lead the charge in growing our footprint. You'll be responsible for selling Geneo's cutting-edge facial technology to Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, medical spas, resort spas, day spas, and all aesthetic practices across your assigned territory. This role is all a hunter! You are prospecting, pitching, and closing new customers every month. You'll spend your time in the field, generating leads, running live demos, and turning cold calls into long-term customers. Traveling within your territory – cold calling and booking appointments everyday. Selling Geneo as a solution to today's business challenges for aesthetic businesses. Providing a high ROI option with even higher customer satisfaction! Provide a flawless handoff to the Practice Development Manager, including ensuring all the providers have access to and complete their pre-install training. Occasionally assist the Sr Dir of Corporate Accounts with a demonstration or onboarding. Generate accurate forecasts for the territory based on assessment of your territory's pipeline. Meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
A minimum of 2 years of field sales experience closing new business in aesthetics. A network of likeminded successful aesthetic representatives to partner with. Experience in planning a strategy, budget and implementation plan to achieve targets and closing complex sales with quotas in excess of $1.5M annually. Demonstrated expertise and experience in the ability to lead and handle people tactfully, diplomatically and fairly, with empowerment emphasis and awareness of preventive-conflict-management.
