Key Responsibilities, (including but not limited to):
Act as the single point of escalation for the partner organization to prioritize, manage, and process issues, reporting queries, data element requests, and sales process.
Analyze data outputs and leverage dashboarding, modeling, and other data visualization techniques.
Develop data products and strategies that can be utilized within the partner organization, revenue intelligence, growth finance, and other business units across Genesys.
Manage regional reporting requirements including but not limited to:
Work to remove duplication of effort and ensure teams are leveraging centrally produced dashboards and reports where possible.
Curate data driven insights through the development of views with respective stakeholders.
Work with Sr. Manager to ensure business reporting requirements are captured and included in global reporting initiatives.
Support revenue operations leadership and Sr. Manager in collating reports, data, etc. for QBRs (quarterly business reviews), etc.
Provide insights into effectiveness of key programs and opportunities while also reporting progress against targets, budget, and forecast.
Sales Operations Excellence
Work with Sr. Manager, to drive Globally Consistent Cadence schedule; including but not limited to:
Driving Salesforce hygiene and new opportunity management practices.
Ensure our dashboards and insights are aligned to the corporate strategic pillars.
Enablement of stakeholders and business partners to understand and navigate curated analytics.
Measures for Success:
1.) Curation and development of data sources, reporting templates, and dashboards for management.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets.
Coach, enable, and work with stakeholders to ensure they can derive insights and drive action from produced analytics.
2.) Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics, or a minimum of 8 years of relevant work-related experience in a quantitative field.
Proven experience with the development and implementation of systems/tools used for Salesforce, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, workflows, validation rules, etc.
Understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
Strong knowledge of and experience writing in SQL and SOQL, maintaining views and stored procedures. Snowflake experience is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Salesforce workflows, Salesforce admin, Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein), etc. experience is a plus.
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar enterprise-level data visualization tools.
Advanced level of Excel and experience developing presentations in PowerPoint.
Minimum 6+ years professional experience in business analytics or operations role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of presenting to senior management.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to be able to capture stakeholder needs and translate them into written application and operational requirements.
Strong team player with ability to work cross-culturally and across business units.
