- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in technology sectors such as SaaS, Contact Center, CX, EX, or AI. - Proven leadership skills are essential, with a track record of managing high-performance sales teams across multiple territories. - A strong analytical mindset is required, with a focus on metrics and results-driven strategies. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills at the executive level (C-level) are crucial for success in this role. - The candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields, with an MBA being desirable.
