✨ About The Role

- The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the Banking & Insurance sector. - This role involves building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in financial institutions. - The candidate will identify customer needs and align them with Genesys Cloud CX solutions to enhance digital transformation. - Leading complex sales cycles, including negotiations, proposals, and contract closures, is a critical aspect of this position. - The role also includes driving customer retention and expansion through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of enterprise sales experience, particularly in the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance sectors. - A strong understanding of customer experience transformation and cloud-based solutions is essential for success in this role. - The candidate should have a proven track record of selling to large banks and financial institutions in Saudi Arabia. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English are required to engage effectively with senior executives. - The successful individual will be self-motivated and results-driven, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
