Internal Sales Team Member

As an Internal Sales team member, you are the essential connection between our customers and our products. Your role ensures exceptional service, timely order processing, and strong customer relationships that keep our business thriving and our customers satisfied.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficiently
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries.
• Assist with pick packing orders to ensure timely delivery
• Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to meet goals

Skills and Experience We're Looking For:

• Experience in customer service or sales would be preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate computer literacy with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
• A proactive team player willing to support other areas as needed

We provide high quality Industrial & Engineering Products including, bearings, power transmission, fluid power fittings, seals, power tools and consumables to engineering, mining, transport, defence, manufacturers, civil infrastructure, and the trades, serviced by our 85 plus strategically located Branches around Australia.
