What Your Day to Day Looks Like

• Provide counter sales and assistance.
• Assisting with general branch support and administration.
• Building relationships with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries.
• Some warehouse duties—picking & packing customer orders.
• Assisting in developing and implementing showroom promotional activity to drive counter sales.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience with customer service or sales industry is preferred.
• Professional phone manner—helpful disposition, and the ability to keep calm in challenging situations.
• Experience in bearings, power transmissions or a mechanical aptitude (desirable).
• Willingness to work as part of a team and go the extra mile to help achieve business targets.
• Solution-oriented in your approach to problem-solving, and helping customers.
• Computer literate at an intermediate level.
