We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales & Inventory Controller to join our team. You will play a critical role in promoting our products and services, supporting sales goals, and ensuring seamless inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with quotes, purchase orders, sales orders, and works orders preparation, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
- Process customer orders including picking, paperwork, dispatch preparation, and managing back orders.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing.
- Manage branch inventory including purchasing, stock monitoring, and stock transfers between branches.
- Prepare and manage stocktakes, including the annual stocktake.
- Manage customer enquiries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
What are we looking for:
- Previous experience in sales or inventory operations.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a timely and professional approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
- Positive attitude towards learning and adaptability to change.
- Current clean driver's license essential.
