What You Can Expect:

  • Responsibility for regional sales
  • Leadership of up to 15 outside sales staff
  • Role as a coach and leader to guide and develop your team
  • Responsibility for the sales and margin development of outside sales staff
  • Management of acquisition goals per outside sales staff and use of CRM system for strategic development
  • Analysis of market and competition data and derivation of regional sales measures
  • Active participation in the development of processes and customer-oriented services
  • Placement of our company portfolio in your region (IAM, original parts, workshop equipment, services, IT services)
  • Management and responsibility for the implementation of sales actions
  • Maintenance and development of the relationship with our key account customers
  • Accompanying the outside sales team at selected customer appointments
  • Co-creation of customer events with our specialist departments
  • Regular review and optimization of your key performance indicators to evaluate the performance of outside sales staff
  • Conducting team meetings and training independently
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with company processes and policies
  • Acting as a liaison between outside sales staff and the regional director

What You Should Bring:

  • Commercial education or a degree with a focus on sales/automotive/trade
  • Several years of experience in automotive parts trade or technical wholesale
  • Proven success in employee management and team development
  • Strong leadership skills, assertiveness, and communication skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • High analytical skills, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, and implementation strength
  • Structured, results-oriented working style with a high level of initiative and organizational talent
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
