How You'll Work: Remote; final location determined during the hiring process based on business needs
Travel: Travel required; varies by customer and region
Compensation: This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the salary wage range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position: $106,000-$120,000 per year. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills, and location.
Bonuses/Commission: Eligible for performance-based incentive

CRST's Dedicated Solutions division delivers customized, asset-based fleet programs for regional and national shippers across the country. These solutions improve safety, efficiency, and service consistency for customers who rely on dedicated capacity. As a Dedicated Sales Director, you'll lead the full sales lifecycle—prospecting, solution design, pricing, negotiation, and implementation. You'll shape CRST's dedicated growth strategy by building programs tailored to customer needs while partnering closely with Operations and Pricing teams.
Strong record of selling asset-based or dedicated solutions
Skilled at managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Comfortable designing custom solutions based on customer need and operational capability
Confident communicator who builds trust with executives and cross-functional teams
Resourceful, data-driven, and able to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
