Job Description: As the Hydraulic Sales Representative (HSR) you will sell hydraulic parts and repair services to an assigned group of customers for proactive and reactive maintenance. This will include hydraulic hose assemblies, replacement components, component parts, and repairs to cylinders, pumps, and hydraulic motors. The business is focused on non-CAT mobile machinery as well as stationary industrial equipment in industries such as pulp & paper processing, metal recycling, lumber mills, manufacturing, and many others. You will be responsible for driving growth by way of new account acquisition and existing account development within your assigned territory, acting as an ambassador for our brand and a steward of our reputation in the fluid power industry.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
Education/Experience: The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED. Technical training in the fluid power field highly desirable.
Required Qualifications/Skills: 5+ years of prior sales experience, 3+ years of account management experience, excellent analytical, organization, and communication skills. Employee may be required to submit to customer security requirements including but not limited to additional background checks, drug tests, and provide additional identification. Must have a valid class C Georgia driver's license and clean driving history.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills: Bachelor's Degree, CRM experience, hydraulic system/hose fabrication/component repair experience desired, persuasive sales skills, bilingual abilities are a plus – read, write, and speak (preferably Spanish).

Mechanical aptitude and experience working with earthmoving and industrial hydraulic equipment are a plus. Most importantly- the successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and 'can-do' attitude, focused on providing high-value solutions to customers and distinguishing us from our competitors.
