National Sales Manager

Our perfect candidate will thrive in a fun and casual environment, pay it forward daily, and add value to the company by developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key B2B business accounts in the healthcare space, and driving revenue growth for catering, product gifting, and gift card sales.

What You'll Do:

  • Prospect, qualify, and sell HoneyBaked catering, product gifting, and gift cards B2B to new corporate customers within the utilities vertical.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and trimester basis by achieving the required number of sales driving activities and tasks to deliver sales targets, as well as records in assigned tool or CRM.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with other departments (field leadership, marketing, etc.) to gain a better understanding and support other brand efforts.
  • Maintain and nurture several larger active accounts throughout the year.

Your Track Record:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales; at least 2 years in a national sales capacity.
  • Must have experience selling into the following industry: Utilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve set sales metrics and sales goals.
  • Ability to analyze market data and sales trends to drive strategic decisions.

What Else? Must meet all Required Driver requirements of the company including valid driver license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
