The Program Manager, US In-Life (Direct & Partner Sales Execution) is a critical role responsible for driving key strategic and operational initiatives across Sage's In-Life organization. This role supports both the Direct Intacct and Partner motions, ensuring that programs are designed and delivered with precision, visibility, and measurable business impact. Reporting to the VP of Medium In-Life (US), the Program Manager will partner closely with senior commercial leaders, RTR, PMM, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Enablement to execute programs that support Sage's strategic goals — including improved retention, add-on growth, and predictable ARR performance. Operating in a fast-paced and matrixed environment, this individual will connect strategy to execution by managing large, cross-functional initiatives, establishing governance frameworks, and driving accountability. This is a hybrid role - 3 days per week in our Atlanta office.
