As a Residential Management and Development Sales Executive, you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales team. Your primary responsibilities will center on developing relationships and sales pipelines directly with multifamily and single-family rental owners, management companies, and consultants who represent these customers. The bulk of your sales interactions will take place through email and phone interactions, with occasional in-person meetings and trade shows.
Ideal candidates will exhibit excellent communication skills, a firm grasp of sales strategies, strong relationship building skills, and contract negotiation skills.
Proven sales experience, preferably in a related industry. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in using CRM software for lead management and sales tracking. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while supporting team goals. Willingness to travel occasionally for face-to-face meetings or conferences. High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field.
