The National Sales Manager is responsible for leading the Customer Development Managers and Sales Managers across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, accurate forecasting, accounts receivable management, returns processing, market expansion, and customer engagement within the assigned trade channels.
The role also oversees sub-distributors and commercial operations outside of Key Accounts, GMA Hospital Trade, and Bidding, driving the execution of business development strategies and ensuring that the needs and expectations of partner principals are met across all regions.
