Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly quotas.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and product innovations to keep the company competitive.
Collaboration: Work with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and provide feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Technology: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
