Reporting hierarchically to the GSI Commercial Leader APAC, the Country Sales Leader is responsible to lead and develop the GSI Sales across the JAPAN Region in coordination with the local Tendering and Project Execution teams. In this role, you will lead the GSI Sales team in Japan, with which you are accountable for Sales Strategy Definition and Implementation, developing Customer Intimacy, Business Development, and Order Intake, while ensuring the strict application of GE Ethic, Compliance, and processes. The Country Sales Leader, Japan has overall responsibility for executing GSI Japan operating plan as well as setting strategic direction to drive margin and top-line growth for HVDC, FACTS, ACS and Service opportunities.
