Reporting hierarchically to the Region Tendering leader, the Tendering Specialist is responsible for managing the tendering process and overseeing the complete lifecycle of a bid, from identifying new opportunities to submitting a final proposal and following up on the outcome on HVDC/FACTs projects. The candidate supports in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and developing pricing strategies. You shall be responsible for formulating effective strategies for the bidding process, managing resources and ensuring compliance with client requirements. Successful candidate shall be well versed with creating comprehensive bid documents, ensuring precision and adherence to company guidelines while coordinating with vendors.
