We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead GE Vernova's Grid Software business across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. This critical leadership role is accountable for driving growth by shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy, leading strategic account planning, and ensuring the successful execution of large and complex transactions. The Sales Director will engage directly with clients at the highest levels, building strong CXO relationships, navigating competitive tendering processes, and managing multi-million-dollar deals with rigor and excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in industrial software sales, deep expertise in enterprise sales cycles and operational technologies, and significant experience managing large accounts across the region. As a hands-on leader, this individual will motivate and develop a high-performing, cross-cultural sales team while collaborating across GE Vernova businesses to bring the best of the organization to our customers. With the right blend of strategic vision and execution discipline, the Sales Director will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth and positioning GE Vernova as the leading software solutions provider for power utility grid clients in MENA.
