Support order booking as per signed contract/PO, ensure as per agreed commercial T&Cs and execution strategies.
Facilitate Order Management - Process, Maintain and Manage the order input
Strict on timely and accurate transfer of orders from Commercial to Project Management as per existing GA instructions
Work on approvals for order booking
Work with customers on GE Grid Solutions Online Store in registering the orders
Understand the RFQ and customer demands
Preparing the market & customer-oriented COS
Coordination with factory for the model availabilities, suggested alternatives and model creation.
Provide a complete, factual and summary weekly report to your hierarchy/regions regarding order input
Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute tasks. May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics or equivalent from an accredited college or university
1-3 Years experience with possible exposure to Power System Protection & Control
