As an Inside Sales Engineer, you serve as the technical and operational backbone of our sales organization, ensuring accurate and timely response to customer inquiries and RFQs. You leverage your technical knowledge of our transformer and switchboard products to configure solutions and develop comprehensive quotes. Working collaboratively with Account Executives and Business Development Representatives, you review technical specifications, process documentation, and maintain quote accuracy while ensuring quick turnaround times. You also help maintain consistency and technical accuracy across our quotes through standardized processes and attention to detail.
You bring strong technical aptitude and attention to detail, paired with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Your analytical approach is balanced by your strong communication skills and ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions. You dive into the details of specifications and documentation while maintaining high productivity, managing multiple requests with both accuracy and speed. Above all, you're driven by supporting the sales team's success and thrive in delivering precise, timely responses to customer needs.
