Summary of Role

A Sales intern works in an entry-level capacity to assist the sales team while gaining experience in the field. A Sales Intern should be flexible and ready to take on new challenges as they arise.

Essential Responsibilities Include

  • Working with their manager or a sales associate to complete assigned tasks
  • Attending meetings and events to observe and learn
  • Updating sales records and documents accurately
  • Observing how to close deals in the sales process
  • Conducting research and collating survey data

Other Responsibilities

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Education – At least a sophomore at time of application and actively pursuing a Bachelor's in engineering or science, or related field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship.
  • Must be in good academic standing.
  • Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal): TOEIC 730 level.
  • Ability to work at least 20 hours per week during the internship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior related internship or co-op experience
  • Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
  • Project management skills, i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning & organizational skills
