Summary of Role:

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to support its US Sales Regions. Person in this role will analyze sales performance, identify gaps to quarterly/annual targets, and partner with account managers and regional leaders to drive execution and to close the gaps. This role will help to prepare materials for senior leadership forums, coordinate the rollout and tracking of key sales initiatives, and works cross-functionally with Business Finance and Operations to improve sales workflows, planning processes, and reporting tools.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze Sales metrics on a Weekly/Bi-Weekly basis with the Regional Sales teams to assess performance against Quarterly targets
  • Work with individual Account Managers to track and drive closure of any gaps to their Sales targets on a Weekly basis. Ensure system information is current and updated regularly
  • Partner with Sales Region Heads to prepare for various Senior Leadership forums
  • Coordinate and facilitate rollout and subsequent tracking of any Sales initiatives for the US Regions (Pricing Changes, etc.)
  • Partner with Business Finance & Operations team to continuously improve i) Sales Workflow Management, ii) Sales Planning & Reporting tools (Kinaxis, D365, Power BI) with the goal of maximizing the Effectiveness and Productivity of the Sales team
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

  • Education/Experience – Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College and or University in Business, Engineering or Related Discipline
  • 2-5 Years of Experience in Business or Sales Operations, Business Analytics or Project Management
  • Person in this role will have to frequently manipulate large amounts of data prior to analyzing or reporting it. Successful candidate will have experience with basic tools to manage data in Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas) and in CRM (Salesforce, D365) and/or Power BI(Dashboards, Reports)
  • Language Fluency: English (Written & Verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA Preferred but Not Required
  • Experience in the Semiconductor Industry Preferred but Not Required
  • This role requires frequent interaction at the Senior Leadership level, and requires excellent written & oral communication and presentation skills
  • Person in this role will often find themselves as the focal point for several Sales activities, and should have the ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment, as needed
  • This position requires intense attention to detail
  • Experience with planning tools such as Kinaxis is a plus
  • Successful candidate would have a process-oriented mindset, and will be skilled at assessing, re-engineering and optimizing workflows to improve team productivity and effectiveness
  • This role requires a collaborative work style. It requires working closely with executives & with all members of the US Sales team daily

Expected Salary Range

$72,000.00 - $144,000.00
