Summary of Role: As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be part of a Sales team identifying, qualifying, and securing new business with assigned clients while at the same time providing a high level of operational service to these clients on existing business.

Essential Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop, communicate and drive overall customer acquisition strategy for identified clients
  • Work closely with Business Line Managers to understand identify target clients, analyze client roadmaps, and to identify and secure engagement opportunities
  • Develop business proposals in response to RFI/RFQs, and drive necessary internal alignment and approvals from key stakeholders
  • Negotiate formal business agreements at the Executive level
  • Participate in operations, engineering and business review meetings
  • Develop a high level of customer intimacy with client's sourcing and business unit leaders

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to Effectively Communicate with All Levels of an Organizational Structure
  • Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College and or University in Engineering, Materials Sciences, Solid State Physics or Related Discipline
  • 12+ Years of Sales or Business Development experience
  • Well-networked in the Semiconductor Industry, with access to Electronic System Design teams & Key Decision Makers
  • Approximately 50% Travel Required (Domestic & International)
  • Language Fluency: English (Written & Verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Materials Sciences, Solid State Physics or Related Discipline
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration
  • Experience in IC Design
  • Prefer experience selling to large semiconductor companies like NXP, Texas Instruments, Analog Devices, Infineon

Expected Salary Range $142,000.00 - $227,900.00. The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
