Position Overview:

This full-time, hybrid role involves implementing and managing B2B and enterprise payment solutions, analyzing financial and business data, and providing exceptional client service. You will drive revenue by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing merchant portfolios, offering tailored solutions to mid-market and enterprise businesses in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new merchant relationships and cross-sell to existing clients
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to optimize merchant profitability
  • Manage leads and prospects via Salesforce CRM
  • Develop industry-specific presentations and proposals for both internal and external audience
  • Negotiate and close sales, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Conduct outreach through cold calling and appointments
  • Provide ongoing support pre- and post-sale
  • Stay informed on industry trends, pricing, and competitive landscape
  • Coordinate with internal teams to finalize merchant agreements
  • Participate actively in industry events and seminars to foster networking and portfolio growth
