We are looking for a regional sales representative to join our team in Prague on a full-time basis. Responsibilities include actively acquiring new customers and partners, maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring that the sales department meets its goals, handling urgent calls, emails, and messages, collecting feedback from customers and partners and sharing it with the sales and support teams, creating business proposals and calculations, providing administrative support, collaborating with internal administration/IT systems, negotiating business terms, preparing presentations, preparing business reports, coordinating deliveries for customers and partners, and organizing regular meetings with customers and partners.

In practice, this means:

• Minimum high school education in the field of business or marketing (advantage)
• Knowledge of the payment services market (banks, competition)
• Proven sales experience; experience as a sales coordinator (advantage)
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Organizational and responsibility with the ability to solve problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with customers/colleagues and business partners
• Ability to analyze data for sales optimization
• Knowledge of trends and regulations in the field of payment services
• Good knowledge of English (advantage)
• Team player with a high level of commitment
• Holder of a driver’s license (group B)
