✨ About The Role

- Seal partnerships with the best local retail accounts, always aligned with the company goals - Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching services, and closing deals - Build long-term partnerships and ensure a fast and smooth onboarding process - Meet ambitious weekly and monthly sales objectives defined by the company - Research accounts, identify stakeholders/decision makers, and generate interest about the company

⚡ Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of total experience in Sales and/or Business development - Knowledge of the Retail & Grocery industry is a significant plus - Proactive, organized, and obsessed with detail and accuracy - Problem solving with strong commercial and analytical skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Autonomous and self-motivated who is able to work in a highly demanding environment - Data-driven mentality and a result-oriented mindset - Full proficiency in Bulgarian and fluent in English is a must
