The Regional Sales Director's primary function is to guide the regional sales team to the attainment of its sales quotas and to assist team members with reaching their personal and professional goals. The secondary function is to achieve sales growth and net hearing instrument sales while building, growing and maintaining customer relationships within the Government Services channel.

Total annual compensation for this position includes a competitive base pay, along with performance-based commissions that reward you for your contributions to the company's success. Depending on your work location, the annual base pay for this position may range from $130,000 to $140,000 and the total annual compensation, including at-plan commissions, may be around $235,000 with the potential to earn more. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
