Are you ready to play a pivotal role in scaling a global defense technology company? FalCom is in need of a proficient commercial leader to facilitate our international growth and build an impressive sales organization.

In the role as Head Of Sales in our Global Commercial Organization, you will shape and execute our worldwide commercial strategy, build effective teams, and ensure operational excellence across all sales activities.

The team you will be part of:

FalCom is built on GN's foundation as a renowned provider of intelligent audio solutions with headquarters in Ballerup. We create advanced hearing protection solutions enabling special operations, military, law enforcement, and security personnel to communicate in the most extreme environments – all while ensuring high-quality hearing protection.

You will join a fast-scaling and focused team at FalCom, working at the intersection of defense, technology, and innovation. Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Lead a global team of international sales and business development professionals.
  • Partner directly with the VP Global Sales to align and execute on the global commercial strategy.
  • Guide, cultivate, and enhance the Sales and Business Development teams, creating a robust leadership framework as we advance.
  • Boost global sales performance and accountability, ensuring revenue targets, customer engagement, and pipeline health are consistently met.
  • Establish disciplined sales management routines – forecasting, pipeline reviews, opportunity tracking, and margin control.
  • Implement structured sales analytics and reporting, ensuring full visibility into performance and KPIs.
  • Standardize sales processes and governance, including CRM adherence, pricing discipline, and opportunity management.
  • Support strategic account and program pursuits, ensuring regional alignment with key customer and partner opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Program Management, Alliances, and Marketing to deliver cohesive customer solutions.
  • Act as a culture builder, promoting accountability, transparency, and steady progress across regions.

To thrive in the role, we imagine that you:

  • Have extensive experience leading international sales teams within complex B2G and B2B technology or defense environments.
  • Bring an understanding of long sales cycles, government procurement, and tender management across multiple countries.
  • Demonstrate effective leadership skills aimed at empowering others to become leaders in their own right, not just supervising sales personnel.
  • Exhibit a systematic mindset, effectively managing forecasts and budget responsibilities.
  • Combine strategic thinking with active execution.
  • Show proficiency in managing relationships with stakeholders while coordinating with various teams.
  • Are fluent in English.
  • Are willing to travel internationally as part of managing a global team.
