- The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Manager, demonstrating a strong track record in leading sales teams.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) is essential, particularly with phone outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Orum is preferred, indicating a proficiency in sales technology.
- Strong leadership skills are crucial, along with a sense of ownership and integrity in both client and team interactions.
- Experience in E-Commerce or SaaS sales will be considered a significant advantage for this role.
