✨ About The Role

- The Account Executive will be responsible for closing multi-territory, multi-year deals with mid-market organizations. - Identifying and developing account plans will be a critical aspect of the role, requiring collaboration with marketing stakeholders. - The role involves selling the value of GoCardless's global payments platform and developing opportunities through negotiation and contract closure. - The position is based in the Paris office, contributing to the rapid growth of GoCardless in France. - Frequent sales training sessions will be provided to equip the Account Executive with the necessary tools and skills for success.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have experience in a full-stack sales role, demonstrating the ability to build pipelines and close opportunities effectively. - A strong background in negotiating with midmarket organizations, particularly those with revenues between 0-30 million, is essential. - Familiarity with the MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales methodologies, or similar frameworks, will be beneficial for success in this role. - The candidate should possess a structured sales approach and experience using Salesforce to manage sales processes. - Excellent communication and facilitation skills are necessary, with a proven track record of building positive relationships with senior stakeholders. - A team player mentality is crucial, as collaboration with marketing and other departments will be a key part of the role.
