We're looking for a Sales Assistant to assist with daily retail operations, provide excellent customer service, and support sales activities. If you're friendly, reliable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and address queries promptly.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Assist with merchandising, cross-selling, and inventory management.
Requirements
- Five (5) subjects at CSEC General proficiency
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about service excellence
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to handle a fast-paced retail environment
- Prior experience in retail sales is an advantage but not required
