GoNetspeed is seeking a motivational Inside Sales Manager to guide its high-performing sales division. The ideal candidate will be a leader capable of maintaining established standards of excellence while implementing strategies to elevate the team to new levels of achievement. This position requires a management style characterized by direct engagement and the real-time professional development of salespeople. In close collaboration with the Senior Manager of Inside Sales, this position will be instrumental in the execution of departmental strategy, the optimization of operational processes, and the cultivation of a professional culture centered on performance and accountability.
Required:
Preferred:
• Annual Base Salary: $60,000 to $70,000
• Monthly Incentive: $2,500 at target, based on achievement of sales quotas
• Annual Incentive Plan at Target: $30,000
• Bonus Potential: Uncapped
