We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be the first point of contact with potential customers. You'll use curiosity, active listening, and commercial drive to spark interest in GoodHabitz and book qualified meetings for our Account Executives. Using the SPICED qualification framework, you'll identify opportunities and help prospects explore how GoodHabitz can support their learning & development ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect & Outreach: Research, identify, and contact potential customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and events.
  • SPICED Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their Situation and uncover Pain points that lead to productive commercial conversations.
  • Pipeline Generation: Create a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Sales to optimise lead generation campaigns, messaging, and handovers.
  • CRM Hygiene: Keep Salesforce up to date with accurate prospect and opportunity information.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay sharp on the GoodHabitz platform, industry trends, and best practices in sales development. Have a strong curiosity for modern sales techniques and where the art of sales is developing with the Ai revolution.
