Area Sales Manager

As an Area Sales Manager, you will take charge of your assigned region and drive the growth of Goodyear's Consumer Replacement Business. You will be responsible for expanding market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring Goodyear remains the preferred brand among dealers and consumers.

Key Responsibilities Area

• You will lead sales operations for your assigned area and ensure achievement of volume, revenue, and market share targets.
• You will develop and manage a strong dealer and distributor network while building long-term relationships and brand loyalty for Goodyear.
• You will drive demand generation through trade marketing initiatives, consumer promotions, and localized campaigns.
• You will monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to develop effective sales strategies.
• You will ensure proper execution of pricing, distribution, and credit policies in line with company guidelines.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations, timely product availability, and excellent customer service.
• You will track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and share actionable business insights with senior management.

Experience

You bring:

• You will have 6+ years of proven sales experience in FMCG, automotive, or consumer durables industries, with strong exposure to channel and distributor management.
• You will demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• You will possess analytical abilities to interpret market data and convert insights into business opportunities.
• You will be willing to travel extensively within your assigned area of responsibility.
