Como Sales & Business Advisor Sr.

You will be responsible for advising and managing client accounts to achieve sell-in/sell-out goals, ensuring a profitable mix and volumes that meet or exceed company objectives.

This position also supports credit and collection activities to maintain a healthy financial relationship, develop business opportunities that support company growth, assess customer needs, and suggest proactive business solutions, promoting trustworthy and long-term client relationships.

In this role, you will also plan, develop, and support business strategies in terms of price, mix, channels, promotions, and product portfolio.

What you will do:

  • Active collaboration in resolving and preventing credit and collection issues.
  • Maintain open and frequent communication with clients, fostering win-win business relationships.
  • Keep technical knowledge updated, demonstrating expertise in GY products and processes, adding value to clients' business needs.
  • Analyze market data to support sales and marketing actions, developing a data-driven approach and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Develop long-term relationships.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields). MBA or similar will be considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, with the ability to perform analyses in Excel and create presentations in PowerPoint. Advanced Excel.
  • More than 5 years of sales experience.
  • Previous experience in the tire market and/or retail is considered a plus.
  • Advanced English. Spanish is highly desirable.
