Truck Network Sales Manager

Primary purpose of the position:

  • To maintain and develop long-term relationships within the Truck network
  • Ensure long-term relationship as the single point of contact in the Belux market for Truck tyres and services
  • Perform sales activities in the Truck market and expand the customer portfolio in line with the strategies, policies and plans to achieve top-line targets
  • Optimize customer satisfaction by continuous End Users Fleet (customers)

Tasks:

  • Sell Truck tyres and services to existing and future customers according to commercial strategies and plans
  • Monitor outcome and results with regards to the sales: volume, price, mix, revenue, supply performance, delivery of services
  • Optimize customer satisfaction and contribute to the delivery of services: market training and consulting on technical and product knowledge, selling skills, retail marketing; implementation of promotions
  • Perform required assignments to fulfill company processes like forecasting, pricing, marketing, communication
  • Identify new business opportunities both at the customer-level and in the market. Provide relevant feedback on business information relating customers, consumers, the market and competition to different stakeholders such as sales management, pricing, marketing…

  • Fluent in Dutch and a good knowledge of French and English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office

Education:

Preferable - a bachelors degree.

Experience:

A working experience in a commercial field for 2 to 3 years, and particularly in the Truck/Automotive industry, will be considered a great asset.
