As a SR Manager sales you will lead the delivery of ambitious AOP growth by managing target market segments and profitability aligned with Goodyear's objectives for share of market, pricing, and volume, with a strong focus on premium segments (primarily R17+) and selective opportunities in adjacent markets. This role builds and sustains strategic, long-term partnerships with existing and new OEMs, defining business strategies that align with Goodyear's OEM and market trends across platforms, rim sizes, products, and specifications.
The position supports the full S&OP process, develops and manages pricing mechanisms to ensure agreed profitability, and oversees business cases and Stage/Gate governance for new OE projects to ensure strategic alignment.

What You'll Do
Conduct regular in-person meetings with OEMs to review business performance and identify opportunities to strengthen and improve relationships.
Work closely with the Automotive Engineering team to develop and manage RFI and RFQ processes, ensuring customer requirements and Goodyear specifications are met to support OEM and Goodyear SOP timing.
Support all Consumer OEM needs to ensure sales forecasts align with Goodyear's targets for volume, industry volume, and share of market (SOM).
Monitor OEM marketing and market information and provide inputs to support reporting processes (S&OP and RvsCC), ensuring alignment with Goodyear's volume, industry volume, and SOM targets.
Provide information and drive alignment across cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Quality, Automotive Engineering, Sales Intelligence, NPI, Tax, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Legal) to effectively manage and grow the OE business.
Work continuously with Automotive Engineering to improve plant capacity and performance capabilities in support of OEM requirements.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, STEM, or equivalent relevant sales experience; preferred: specialization in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or People and Business Management.
English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level.
8–10 years of experience in roles such as Account Executive, Product Coordinator, Sales Leader, or Customer Management, with knowledge of Sales, Marketing, PDN, and automotive engineering.
Strong skills in business relationship development, communication, teamwork, negotiation, and execution.
Experience in developing strategies to monitor and respond to country market and/or business performance (as applicable).
Experience in financial analysis and P&L management, with a strong focus on profitability improvement.
Knowledge of pricing methodologies.
Experience in developing, presenting, and obtaining approval for sales strategies.
Knowledge of tire development, automotive engineering, and product quality standards (TS).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Effective communicator with internal stakeholders and customers.
Ability to manage priorities, meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and make quick decisions when necessary.
Entrepreneurial mindset (preferred).
Knowledge of tire development, automotive engineering, and quality processes (preferred).
