In this role, you will lead a team responsible for growing the Artificial Intelligence (AI) business by building and expanding relationships with new and existing customers. You will build relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Field Sales, Customer Engineering, Solution Architecture, Product) and customers, supporting the team to do the same. You will ensure the team has the necessary promotion skills to demonstrate product functionality and overviews of business use cases, and close business. You will support an inclusive team culture, while leading with empathy and identifying ways to multiply the impact of the team to drive value for Google Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Subject Matter Expert with the team, and influence direction for new and existing customers.
• Work cross-functionally with Google Cloud Field Sales Representatives (FSR), Customer Engineer (CE) teams, Field Solution Architects (FSA) to ensure AI adoption, customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Execute Go-To-Market business strategy and related efforts with the Google Cloud teams and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Partners.
• Support the team to assist customers in identifying AI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions, ensure transition and a path to production.
• Articulate solution differentiators and the business impact.
• Coach the team to identify and grab opportunities and AI bookings, manage business pipelines, and accelerate business growth.
