In this role, you will join the team as a Program Manager for the GPS go-to-market organization to propel our U.S. public sector growth strategy. You will operate within a highly scaled GPS GTM business that relies on people, processes, programs, and partners to generate high sales productivity and meet our growth goals. As a highly skilled professional, you will guide day-to-day rhythm for managing sales teams, manage OKRs and expertly co-ordinate cross-functional owners of programs, enablement and analytics.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $155,000-$218,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Deliver and manage the SLED territory business quota, overseeing business managed by Temp/Vendor/Contractors. Develop and execute a programmatic sales strategy for the SLED Territory (SMB) business. Develop and execute sales plays to drive new business and expand existing accounts. Partner directly with the Channel/partner organization to co-develop GTM sales plays, bill of materials and product/solution offerings. Serve as a critical team member of the GTM and SLED organizations, acting as the connective tissue across GTM leadership team and critical imperatives.
