As the Director of LCS MENA in the Dublin EMEA hub, you will ensure the best of the hub is brought to our customers in the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) markets. You will lead a dynamic team of Account Managers and Sales Managers, and also use the scale of the hub to bring best practices and efficiencies to the in-country teams that operate separately from each other.
As a senior leader, you will be a member of the wider emerging markets hub leadership group, and also lead EMEA-wide initiatives with your peers. You will thus play an important part in shaping the development of our overall emerging markets business and the wider EMEA hub. In this role, you'll shape the right strategy for MENA markets with the in-country leadership teams. Simultaneously, you will create a flexible team that can effortlessly adapt to markets and products that change fast.
