Global Sales Incentive Program Manager, Platforms And Devices

The Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$267,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:

  • Drive informed decision-making for senior management by providing sales incentive quota proposals, essential reporting, and analytical support for multi-source data.
  • Oversee the sales incentive territory mapping process and orchestrate the quota planning cycle and territory alignment processes, ensuring efficient program rollout and adherence to deadlines.
  • Manage quarterly quota exception process tracking and deliver reporting to DSBO and Finance leadership.
  • Partner with Go-to-Market Finance and PDCO Sales Operations to translate financial goals into quotas, evaluate guardrails, assign coverage, and offer recommendations.
  • Ensure accuracy of sales dashboards, serving as a subject matter expert in data visualization, design, and maintenance. Provide data in a usable, automated format to visualize customer account trends using sales, volume, and cost information, leveraging knowledge in reporting tools (e.g., BI, Tableau).
