As a Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sales Manager for the Mid-Market Sales (MMS), Small Business Sales Engage (SBS-E) and Accelerated Growth Team (AGT) programs, you will manage business engagements with GCS' advertisers in the market. You will own and strengthen executive-level client relationships and provide business growth strategy consultation through key C-level meetings, quarterly reviews, and engagements. You will be responsible for recruitment, coaching and development of a team of Account Strategists and Account Executives, helping them engage with executive stakeholders and clients. You will also partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Agency, gTech, Marketing, Product and Sales Activation (PSA), and International Growth) to help drive the success of the overall mid-market segment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Thai to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing and developing sales teams.
  • Experience influencing executive-level clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in sales or operations management, planning, and systems thinking, with the ability to align strategies and deliver customer business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of Google Ad Solutions, video advertising (e.g., AI-powered Performance, CTV, AI-powered Video) and the market landscape across traditional and digital brand media advertising.
  • Understanding of customer business objectives and ability to develop joint business plans in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Account Strategists and Account Executives, set and communicate team priorities and make decisions and support activities that align with Google's values.
  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and partner stakeholders. Develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and metrics.
  • Structure a joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
  • Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Build the knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
