As a Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sales Manager for the Mid-Market Sales (MMS) and Accelerated Growth Team (AGT) programs, you will manage business engagements with GCS' advertisers in the market. You will own and strengthen executive-level client relationships and provide business growth strategy consultation through key C-level meetings, quarterly reviews, and speaking engagements.
You will be responsible for recruitment, coaching and development of a team of account managers and account executives, helping them engage with executive stakeholders at clients. You will also partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Agency, gTech, Marketing, Product and Sales Activation (PSA), and International Growth) to help drive the success of the overall mid-market segment.
