Compensation & Benefits

- $30,000 Guaranteed Draw Against Future Commissions

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with farmers, producers, and agricultural operations
- Sell agricultural equipment and related solutions
- Identify new business opportunities within the territory
- Maintain strong product knowledge and market awareness
- Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Agricultural background or knowledge of ag equipment strongly preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license required
