Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate and manage sales projects focused on BAS and HVAC controls.
  • Utilize a strong skillset in mechanical understanding, installation, and expertise in BAS and HVAC controls.
  • Read blueprints and wiring diagrams for accurate project implementation.
  • Collaborate with clients, coworkers, and project managers to ensure effective communication.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Enforce safety standards to the highest levels.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC Controls/BAS Estimation and Sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC products, building automation systems, and mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and wiring diagrams.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients, coworkers, and project managers.
  • Strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety.
  • Analytical and logical thinking with precision in detailed work.
  • Stable background/work history.
