Dairy Sales Professional

Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with deep roots in the dairy industry? Do you thrive on the road, enjoy influencing buying decisions, and know how to add value to large dairy operations and feed partners? If so, this is a rare opportunity to represent a growing feed ingredient business across Wisconsin's premier dairy market.

We are seeking an experienced Dairy Sales Professional to lead sales efforts across the state of Wisconsin. This role focuses on building and expanding relationships with large dairy producers, feed companies, nutritionists, and other key industry influencers, offering a diverse portfolio of high-quality feed ingredients.

This is not an entry-level role—you bring credibility, connections, and a proven ability to grow business through trust and expertise.

About the Job:

  • Develop and grow sales of feed ingredients throughout the Wisconsin dairy market
  • Leverage existing relationships while building new partnerships with producers, feed mills, and industry influencers
  • Serve as a trusted resource to customers by understanding their needs and providing value-driven solutions
  • Travel extensively throughout Wisconsin to maintain strong, face-to-face customer engagement
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to long-term growth strategy
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, meetings, and trade shows

Requirements and Compensation:

  • Established relationships and a strong network within the Wisconsin dairy and feed industry
  • Proven track record of success in dairy sales, feed ingredients, or related ag business
  • Passion for sales, relationship-building, and closing deals
  • High level of self-motivation, accountability, and professionalism
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the state
  • Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000
  • Bonus: Up to 20% performance-based bonus potential
