Now Hiring: Fire Sprinkler Sales Representative

The fire protection industry continues to grow, and we're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Fire Sprinkler Sales Representative to join a reputable, established fire protection contractor. If you have a strong technical understanding of sprinkler systems and the ability to close deals, this is a high-earning opportunity with real growth potential.

Compensation: $60K–$80K Base + Commission (Realistic $150K–$200K+ Total Compensation) Full-Time | Benefits Included

What You'll Do:

• Develop new business and manage existing accounts
• Sell fire sprinkler installation, retrofits, tenant improvements, and service contracts
• Perform site visits and walk-throughs
• Prepare estimates and proposals
• Work closely with estimating, design, and operations teams
• Build long-term relationships with GCs, property managers, and building owners
• Close deals and consistently hit revenue targets

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of fire sprinkler sales experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of wet, dry, and pre-action systems
• Ability to read plans and understand project specs
• Proven track record of closing and generating revenue
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
