Compensation: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 plus commissions and full benefits

A leading global logistics provider is seeking a high-performing Global Sales Executive with a strong command of international trade, multimodal transportation, NVOCC operations, freight forwarding, and trade-tech solutions.
We're searching for a relationship-driven sales hunter who thrives in cross-border environments, loves solving complex supply chain challenges, and consistently exceeds revenue targets.
This role requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of global customs, import/export regulations, and the ability to work seamlessly with worldwide partners across EMEA, APAC, EU, Canada, Mexico, and the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
Global Business Development & Account Growth
- Drive full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through solution design, pricing, proposals, and close.
- Grow and manage key strategic accounts across air, ocean (FCL/LCL), cross-border, and customs brokerage solutions.
- Develop global sales strategies that align with customer objectives and internal capabilities.
- Represent the company with professionalism at trade shows, industry events, and international meetings.
Client Solutions & Trade Compliance Expertise
- Deliver consultative, value-based sales using deep knowledge of international trade, US Customs, global compliance, tariffs, quotas, FTAs, and OGA requirements (FDA, EPA, AD/CVD, etc.).
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, customs, legal, finance, and international agents to implement global supply chain solutions.
- Oversee customer onboarding, SOP development, KPI reporting, and performance optimization.
Technology-Driven Sales
- Utilize Salesforce and logistics CRMs to manage pipelines and forecast revenue.
- Present digital supply chain tools, client portals, and compliance technologies to enhance customer decision-making.
- Train internal and external stakeholders on technology platforms and global trade systems.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5-10+ years in global freight forwarding, NVOCC sales, customs brokerage, or multimodal logistics.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas year over year.
- Strong understanding of global supply chains, international regulations, tariffs, quotas, and import/export workflows.
- Experience selling to international markets and working with cross-cultural, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to articulate technical and regulatory solutions to both operational and executive stakeholders.
- High energy, consultative sales style, and a customer-centric mindset.
Preferred
- Experience managing enterprise accounts and global key accounts.
- Background in compliance, customs brokerage, or international trade policy.
- Multilingual skills (English required; French, Arabic, or Spanish a plus).
- Familiarity with JD Edwards, CargoWise, Salesforce, or other logistics platforms.
