We're currently partnered with a state-of-the-art precision machining manufacturer in Southern Idaho area that's actively seeking a proven Sales Manager.

Sales Manager leadership role with a premier precision manufacturer onsite in Southern Idaho.

My client is a nearly century, family-owned organization supplying high-reliability components to the aerospace, defense, and medical sectors.

This position oversees the entire "front office" operation, including inside sales, outside sales, and customer service teams.

Key highlights of the role:

  • Organizational leadership: Direct oversight and coaching of multi-disciplinary teams across sales and service.
  • Operational stability: Join a well-capitalized, debt-free company with a modern, automated manufacturing facility.
  • Process improvement: Autonomy to refine sales workflows and systems within a stable, growth-oriented environment.
  • Market position: Support a deep standard product catalog and custom-machined solutions for regulated, high-performance industries.
